Convex-concave plates are made as acute triangles with slot, one of angles of which turns into flexible sharpened rod. Plate slots include rotary unit which contains wire flexible tie-rod, screw rods with longitudinal recess for wire flexible tie-rod, attachments with thread on internal surface mounted on ends of screw rods. Screw rod thread engages thread of attachment.
