SUBSTANCE: gear for electric cleaning of gases has lower insulators which ensure centering of hanged corona-forming electrodes with regard to packages of precipitation electrodes. Lower insulators are fixed at angle of 8-15 degrees to level of directing frame. Lower insulators are hinged with one end to frame with the aid of suspensions and vibration dampers and with another end to body by means of hinge regulator on rests.
