FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: a soybean material containing protein and, at least, one isoflavone compound is extracted with an aqueous extragent with pH being close to the neutral value. Protein and isoflavones are extracted with an extragent. Then an extragent containing protein and isoflavones is separated against insoluble plant materials by obtaining a protein extract. Its pH is adjusted to be almost equal to isoelectric point of protein for protein precipitation. An extract containing the deposited protein should be cooled to about 0-32 C, after that protein should be separated against an extract. The innovation helps to considerably increase the concentration of isoflavones in isolated protein and prevent protein loss. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 20 cl, 5 ex, 5 tbl
