FIELD: fiber-optical communication. SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic device for measuring working power of fiber-optical cable has optical input and optical output, as well as electric input and electric output and is designed as instrument which has a circuit which measures optical radiation power and has input, which is connected to optical input and output, which is connected to electric output. In addition, instrument has optical splitter, which is connected to between optical input and optical output. Said optical splitter has secondary output, which is connected to optoelectronic transducer to circuit, which measures optical radiation power. Its secondary output separates some working power of optical beam according given splitting ratio. Part of working power of optical beam is processed by optical radiation power measuring circuit and is sent to electric output of measuring circuit.
