FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting sural nerve and venous line in one block. The central end of the sural nerve is folded as duplicature. Doubled nerve portion size is selected so that correspondence to defect size is set. Islet flap is cut out from the proper shin fascia in the vicinity of the duplicature. The flap is sutured as a tube with the vein and nerve duplicature being included into the flap. The vein is transacted at the malleolus level. The proximal end of the vein is brought through the subcutaneous tunnel to the back surface of the foot. The back artery of the foot is selected. End-to-end anastomosis is set between the back artery of the foot and the proximal end of the vein. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vein-to-artery blood vessel reconstruction; improved blood supply of graft nerve trunks. 4 dwg
