FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying ultrasonic Doppler flowmetric examination of blood vessels. Retrograde blood flow is recorded on posterior interosseous, radial and ulnar artery in distal positions with respect to constriction zone. Systolic blood circulation speed is recorded on posterior interosseous artery, posterior interosseous artery under concurrently constricted radial artery, posterior interosseous artery under concurrently constricted ulnar artery and posterior interosseous artery under concurrently constricted radial and ulnar arteries. Percentage contribution to blood circulation on the posterior interosseous artery and carpal network of the radial artery by subtracting systolic blood circulation speed when constricting the posterior interosseous artery and radial artery from the like value obtained in constricting the posterior interosseous artery by applying a mathematical formula. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method. 2 dwg
