FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring relative length of the extremity. Horizontal projection of the general center of gravity is recorded under condition of orthopedic insole being used and in reference orthograde position. Horizontal projection of the general center of gravity belonging to the area encircled by lines running at a distance of ±0.5 cm to the right or to the left and ±1.5 cm forward and backward from the center of distance between internal malleoli, the correction is considered to be optimum. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of correction.
