FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electrophoresis with active electrode to be introduced into the cavity. Local controlled hyperthermy treatment is carried out concurrently with single dose of 40-80 C during 20-45 min. The device has dielectric holders having active and passive electrodes connected to power supply source and drug container delivered to at least one hole in the active electrode through a tubular member. The active electrode is hollow in one version and is mounted on hollow holder with heating member spring-loaded into heat-conducting insulation material layer and having isolated temperature pickup fixed on the upper surface connected to temperature control unit. The active electrode and the holder have flat clamp shape in the second version of the device design. The active electrode has also fabric insert for delivering drug to contact zone. The temperature pickup is manufactured from zigzag wire or plates enclosed into insulation material layer. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; enabled escape from chronic inflammation state. 12 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
