FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has metal tubular body having working head, heating element, thermometer, system for supplying medicament solution and electric leads. The working head is isolated from the body with insulation bushing and has openings for supplying medicament solution and withdrawing stagnated secret. The distal end of the device body has curvature congruent to anatomical arrangement of the ureteral canal. Thermometer winding is separated from the device body with insulating heat-conducting filler. The device has driving tube manufactured from a material conducting electric current for carrying out electric stimulation by means of the working head and heating element winding arranged in the center of the device body on bearing tube and isolated with insulation layer. Electric leads from the thermometer, heating element and device body pass via the bearing tube. Combined bushing having conic opening for connecting syringe or system for supplying medicament solution on the proximal end of the device. The opening has one-way inlet valve. The combined bushing has protrusion for making connection to electric massage device when detaching the syringe or the system for supplying medicament solution. The device body and working head are optionally covered with dialysis membrane usable in electric stimulation mode.
