FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular casing with wire heating element and thermometer built-in into perforated tube with space formed between them for supplying medicament. One end of the tubular casing is introduced into silicon tube and the other one is closed with cork. The cavity has thermometer with wire heating element wrapped around it and filled with heat-conducting paste. Sealed connecting member is introduced into the other casing end. Electrode is wound around the silicon tube with 5 mm pitch. The tubular casing is built-in into the perforated silicon tube using plastic envelope and bushing. Tube is brought to cavity. The tube has syringe nozzle member. Electrode, heating element and thermometer are connected to sealed connecting member. All members are manufactured from flexible materials and glued with water-and-acid- resistant glue. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced pain when introduced into urethra. 2 cl
