SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impact-type device intended for fitting fasteners into processed part and withdrawing them therefrom. Proposed device comprises 1^st and 2^nd fastener engagement elements. The former features hole, multiple 1^st ledges and top flat part. The latter serves to take up forces moving 1^st ledges into appropriate peripheral part of fastener. 2^nd element has multiple 2^nd ledges to engage fastener central part, peripheral flat lower part and upper flat part. The latter serves to take up forces that force 1^st and 2^nd ledges in appropriate peripheral and central parts of fastener. 2^nd element lower part passes in axial direction through 1^st element hole.
