SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel compounds of the formula (I) where X means (CH₂)_n; R² means CO₂R⁴; R³ means hydrogen atom or R² means hydrogen atom and R³ means CO₂R⁴; R¹ and R⁴ each means independently hydrogen atom, C₁-C₁₀-alkyl, C₂-C₁₀-alkenyl, aryl or arylalkyl; n = 1, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The compounds effect on some receptors of excitable amino acids and can be used for treatment of patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders. Also, invention describes pharmaceutical composition containing compound of the formula (I) as an active component and intermediate compounds used for synthesis of compound (I).
