FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out spectrophotometric examination of saliva sample before and after adding pollen extracts to it using 9-cannel spectrophotometer connected to personal computer. Permeability coefficient of 1302-1468 cm-1 wavelength infrared radiation dropping by 10% and more when compared to control sample before adding a supposed allergen to the saliva sample, the result is considered to be positive.
