SUBSTANCE: Goal of invention is achieved by equipping base station of second telecommunication system with units required for performing adaptation with respect to rate of transmission and mapping, so that transmitted data are converted from format of said first telecommunication system into format of second telecommunication system and back. All changes required in systems are done in base station in proximity of interface to commutation center, so that for operations of user and commutation center, changes are invisible.
