FIELD: smart cards connected to mobile communication devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed method depends on blocking SIM-card only for definite control item concerning exchange time for lower-level commands. Mobile station preferably has two SIM-card control items of which first one is intended to execute commands generated by internal units of mobile station and second control item is used to transfer lower-level commands from peripheral device connected to mobile station. First control item receives higher-level commands from different units of mobile station and transfers respective sequences of lower-level commands to SIM-card. Second control item keeps SIM-card as its reserve whereupon peripheral device connected to mobile station can produce lower-level commands which are transferred by second control item to SIM-card.
