FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing adducting and abducting segments of small intestine. The adducting segment of the intestine is transected. Y-shaped disconnection is formed. Four notches are made on the intestinal wall to reach submucous layer in longitudinal direction and sutured in transverse direction. The esophagus is attached to the intestine at their level to the intestine. The fifth longitudinal notch is made. It transects all layers of intestinal wall. The so created opening is stretched in transverse direction to create posterior lip of anastomosis. Four notches are made on free proximal end of the intestine to reach submucous layer in longitudinal direction and suture them in transverse direction. The free proximal end of the intestine is cut on anterior wall in longitudinal direction through all layers of the intestinal wall before suturing it into anastomosis zone.
