FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should cross small intestine, apply the upper end of jejunum through esophageal diaphragmatic foramen, remove jejunal mucosa circularly for 2-3 cm, capture esophageal end with loop-shaped sutures to introduce it into jejunal lumen, apply the ends of ligatures through its thickness to continue with a purse-string suture, fix the upper part with interrupted sutures towards esophageal walls, cover the suture line with a free mesenteric end, fix jejunal loops below diaphragm with sutures, dissect longitudinally countermesenteric surface of three loops and suture the edges of the wound, cover the suture lines with adjacent mesenteric parts to fix it all with rare sutures, cross jejunum below developed alimentary receptaculum to connect it with the upper end of duodenum. The innovation enables to provide anti-reflux function, especially at body inclinations and decrease the risk of necrosis.
