FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely to surgical devices for connection of wound edges, and can be used for dosed connection of edges of vast granulating wounds. Device contains two assembly branches with fixing bars and made of two plates, and controller unit. Plates are connected to each other and clamp a pin. On the end of bars there are springs, transmitting effort of wound edge tension on one of the branches and having as points of fixation tenons on bars and external side of branches. On bars installed are two sensors of effort of wound edge connection, connected with controller unit. Four sensors of skin temperature, installed in the region of pin puncturing in and puncturing out, are also connected with it.

EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to accelerate wound healing by increasing efficiency of impact on extra-wound intercalated growth of skin cells of perivulnar area.
