FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has femoral part as limb with sledges having spherical recess and slot, tibial part as pedicle with an opening, support member for sledges to be set. The support member is produced as removable insert with opening and comb of variable cross-section. Finger member joins both parts and has neck having base and spherical head with flats for spherical recess. A flat and corresponding segment projection are made at the level of finger base and opening. They are directed in perpendicular to the spherical head flats. Insert opening is circular. EFFECT: high mechanical strength in bending; enhanced reliability of the structure. 3 dwg
