FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing surfaces and window cut for patient face to be open, the whole structure is designed as conic closed hollow carcass. Two oval openings are made on lateral surfaces for visually controlling face position and bringing outlet probes and endotracheal tubes outwards. The openings are turned to opposite directions relative to each other to the left and to the right from patient face. The upper bearing surface is oval platform having corresponding recess adjacent to face window. Removable soft inserts of porolon material or the like are fixed on the platform in the front zone and frontal surface of the mandible. EFFECT: provided long-term and safe patient state in prone position in performing artificial lung ventilation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
