Abstract RU 2153403 C1

FIELD: cleaning various surfaces from deposits; unloading loose materials from reservoirs at large mass of adhering material, high strength of adhesion and high rate of relaxation specific for deposits having plastic and loose structure. SUBSTANCE: surface to be cleaned is subjected to action of local elastic deformation by single mechanical pulses at amplitude of oscillations not exceeding the magnitude at which mechanical stresses in surface being cleaned reach maximum fatigue limit or ultimate cyclic strength; pulses are shaped at flattened leading edge at duration from 1/2 of period of free oscillations of surface being cleaned in air to 1/2 of period of free oscillations of surface being cleaned in material of deposit and steep trailing edge at duration which is lesser by order as compared with that of surface being cleaned in air. Device for realization of this method includes DC high-voltage source and discharge circuit including reservoir capacitor shunted by diode whose cathode is connected to positive lead of reservoir capacitor, switch-gear, flat inductor and armature which is movable relative to inductor and is made from highly conducting material; it is rigidly secured on surface to be cleaned on side opposite to deposit at spaced relation to inductor; all they are connected in series. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning surfaces at large mass, high rate of relaxation and high strength of adhesion of adhering layer. 4 cl, 4 dwg
