Abstract RU 2153457 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to taking liquid from container, pumping it through exchanger, mixing heated liquid with cold one and draining the mixture from container. Heated liquid after heat exchanger is divided into two parts. One part is passed into liquid takeoff zone separated in container where it is mixed with liquid from container. Then mixture is delivered by pump through metering section where pressure differential is metered. With increase in pressure differential, part of heated liquid passed into separated from container liquid takeoff zone is increased, and at decrease in pressure differential, part of heated liquid is reduced. Temperature of mixture is measured at metering section and with temperature rise, part of heated liquid passed into separated from container liquid takeoff zone is decreased, and at temperature drop, part of heated liquid is increased. Other part of heated liquid is passed directly into container. Device for heating and draining viscous liquid has suction pipeline, delivery pipeline, heat exchanger and impermeable partition.
