Abstract RU 2260552 C1

FIELD: unloading high-viscous and high-solidifying products from storage and transportation reservoirs.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes initial cycle of withdrawing mixture of cold product with warmed-up product from bottom portion of reservoir. Warmed-up product is taken from additional starting reservoir. Heated product is returned to reservoir through two pipe lines: one pipe line is used for delivery of heated product to bottom portion of reservoir and other pipe line is used for delivery of product to upper portion of reservoir on surface of cold product. At attaining the required mode delivery of heated product to upper portion of reservoir is started simultaneously with delivery of product to bottom portion of reservoir. Device proposed for realization of this method includes suction pipe line, starting reservoir, pump, heat exchanger, delivery pipe line where regulating valves are fitted and control system equipped with pressure sensor mounted at pump inlet and temperature sensor mounted at heat exchanger inlet.

EFFECT: continuous withdrawal of cold product from bottom portion of reservoir due to continuous delivery of heated product to bottom portion of reservoir throughout the entire warming-up process.
