FIELD: transport, distribution of fluids.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to method of heating and discharge of viscous and congealed products from container and device to this end. Proposed method consists in extracting cold product from container bottom, heating said product in heat exchanger and feeding heated product to several points of said container on of which is located at inlet of channel for extraction of cold product into heating system, feeding heated air into said point at flow rate that allows required fluidity for pumping it in circulation circuit. Note here that said flow rate is set depending upon pump inlet pressure or product temperature upstream of heat exchanger, while rest heated product is fed when all product in said container is heated. Now, heating I s cutoff and all product is drained from container. In heating, product extracted from container is partially discharged when heated product layer thickness above cold product is sufficient for heating product residues on container walls. Invention covers also device to this end.

EFFECT: reduced time of heating and draining.
