FIELD: polymerization catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention provides catalyst system containing metallocene catalytic component, Aluminoxan, and porous carrier, which is prepared as follows. Metallocene catalytic component is mixed with Aluminoxan in solvent to form solution wherein metallocene catalytic component is defined by formula I: (I), in which M is IV, V, or VI group metals; R1 and R2, identical or different, are hydrogen atoms, C1-C10-alkyl, C1-C10-alkoxy, C6-C10-aryl, C6-C10-aryloxy, C2-C10-alkenyl, C7-C40-arylalkyl, or C8-C40-arylalkenyl group, or halogen atoms; R3 and R4 are hydrogen atoms; R5 and R6, identical (preferably) or different, are halogen atoms, optionally halogenated C1-C10-alkyl, optionally halogenated C6-C10-aryl, C2-C10- alkenyl, C7-C40-arylalkyl, C7-C40-alkylaryl, C7-C40-arylalkenyl group, or radicals C8-C40 with -NR152

being halogen atom, R15-alkyl or C1-C10-aryl group; C6-C10 is radical A: R7, wherein and R11, R12, identical or different, are hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, R13-alkyl, C1-C20-fluoroalkyl, C1-C20-aryl, C6-C30- fluoroaryl, C6-C30-alkoxy, C1-C20-alkenyl, C2-C20-alkenyl C7-C40-arylalkyl, C8-C40-arylalkenyl, or C7-C40-alkylaryl group, or R{11} and R{12} or R{11} and R{13} together with atoms linked to them can form cyclic systems; M{2} is silicon, germanium, or tin atom; R{8} and R{ 9} , identical or different, are as indicated for R{11}; m and n, identical or different, are 0, 1 or 2, provided that m+n=0, 1 or 2; and R{ 10} , identical or different, are as indicated for R{11}, R{12} and R{13} on condition that two adjacent R{ 10} radicals can be interlinked to form cycling system.
