FIELD: building materials, more particularly treatment of surface of building products prior to applying decorative and protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing mineral paste and organic binder and subsequently mixing thereof. Mineral paste is prepared by trituration of mixtures of chalk, titanium dioxide and some aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate, and mixture of pigment and remaining portion of aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate; and binder is prepared by mixing (wt%) synthetic latex, 32-80; aqueous solutions of surfactant such as oxyethylated alkylphenol, 0.4-3; thickener 0-3.0; sodium tripolyphosphate 1.0-5.0; metocell, 0-49; alkali, 0.5-10; foam suppressor, 0.5-4.8; antifreeze, 0.5-5.0; coalescent, 0-14.0; antimony trioxide, 0.5-6.0. During mixing operation of mineral paste and organic binder, sand and/or fungicidal metanin additive is further added.
