FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: body of tube is made of transparent polymer material with high sorption capacity, and has unsoldered ends. Sorption-reaction system is in form of polymer sorbent, immobilized on which is a ferment diluted in buffer. Pressurization of tube is realized by soldering it in packet of metallized polymer material. Invention also includes method for express-analysis of air with use of aforementioned tube.
