FIELD: biochemistry, immunology, ecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves measurement of fluorescence intensity of complex formed by choline esterase with its reversible inhibitor photoluminophore in buffer medium in the presence and absence of water sample to be analyzed (aqueous extract). Analyte content in analyzed sample is determined by preliminary established dependence of fluorescence intensity of complex formed by choline esterase with its reversible inhibitor photoluminophore from concentration of irreversible inhibitor of choline esterase. Use of substrateless express-method of analysis of irreversible inhibitors of choline esterase in water and aqueous extracts do not require preliminary sample preparing and realized in monophase system that ensures to determine analyte concentration in the sample for some minutes.
