FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: abrasive wheel has abrasive segments positioned in recesses of body. Segments are provided with tapered channels, and take-up cavities for semisolid lubricant are made in body under each of segments. Take-up cavities are insulated from cavity designed for cutting fluid delivery. Take-up cavities are coupled with grease cups through holes. Grease cups are positioned on body end face for replenishing of semisolid lubricant reserve. When wheel and blank come in contact guaranteed penetration of lubricant into machining zone is provided irrespective of cleanliness of cutting fluid and porosity of abrasive segments. EFFECT: enhanced strength of wheel. 4 dwg
