SUBSTANCE: Newcastle disease virus strain "H" GKV N 2348 is selected in the process of culturing mother strain H (19 passages) in developing chicken embryos at 31.5-32.5 C that results to temperature-sensitivity and cold-adaptation. Selected strain "H" GKV N 2348 of Newcastle disease virus shows the following traits: heme-agglutinating activity is 256 HAU/ml, infectious titer is 1011 CPR/50/ml, low impairing effect in human leukocytes. Invention ensures to decrease the death of interferon-producing cells at induction stage up to 25%. Invention can be used for human leukocyte interferon preparing.
