FIELD: biotechnological industry, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing virus-inductor for production of human leucocyte interferon. Method involves preparing virus-inductor of interferon by dilution of mother material (strain "H" of Newcastle disease virus GKV N 2348) with phosphate-saline buffer with addition of 10.0% of D(+)-lactose and its administration into allontoid cavity of chicken embryos in concentration 10⁶ cytoplasmic actvity/50/0.2 ml followed by incubation of chicken embryos and removal of virus-containing fluid. Method provides preparing interferon titers with activity 16000-18000 IU/ml as compared with 11000-14000 IU/ml in analog.
