FIELD: television engineering. SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is to develop omnibearing passive radar enabling instantly taking bearings of air and ground targets at horizontal angles ranging between 0 and 360 deg. Measuring device is television camera such as that built around CCD array; mounted in front of lens is optical cone with mirror coating, its top facing the lens whose optical axis is aligned with cone axis; generating line of cone may have arbitrary shape; adequate choice of equation for cone generating line enables varying aperture of directivity pattern of direction finder within wide range and in any plane bearing its axis. Hardware may be compact and resistant to mechanical and climatic factors. EFFECT: improved reliability and noise immunity of device. 3 cl, 6 dwg
