FIELD: television engineering. SUBSTANCE: television systems have interlacing CCD matrices used on moving media to obtain underlying surface of picture without impairing image quality. Underlying CCD matrix is converted into progressive-scanning CCD matrix by introducing vertically anamorphosing attachment into television system while retaining resolving power and sensitivity of entire system at the same time reducing vertical size of television image by two times.
