FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves combing for obtaining at least one web of fibers, preferably mixture of mechanically folded filler fibers with biocomponent spiral filaments. Mixture preferably contains binding filaments. Method further involves orienting filaments in random arrangement within webs till webs are converted into fleecy jersey fabric; dusting resin onto fabric and providing hardening of resin. Method allows bound fleecy jersey fabric with improved bulking to be obtained. Bulking is provided by presence of configurations with different twisting and/or orientation of randomly arranged filaments, which are fixed in filaments of bound fleecy jersey fabric.
