FIELD: manufacture of aramide fabric from crystallized filaments. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating fabric with aqueous solution comprising 10-800 g/l of polar solvent; holding not in the excess of 36 hours till swelling; impregnating dressing with solution and drying at temperature not in the excess of 200 C for 30 min or less. Fabric has good moisture absorption capacity and may be used for manufacture of protecting clothing for firemen. EFFECT: simplified method and improved operational capabilities of fabric. 8 cl
