FIELD: production of nonwoven materials. SUBSTANCE: cloth has polyester filament-filler with linear density of 0.1-50 dtex and barrier layer making 55 wt.% of cloth and positioned on one or both sides of cloth. Barrier layer contains fastened biocomponent filaments with linear density of 1-10 dtex, with softening temperature of one component of filament being higher than that of other component. This component serves as binder which softens at temperature of at least 100 C, but below than initial filler filament melting temperature. Filament-filler in cloth of such structure is not inclined to migrate through barrier layers. Cloth of such structure is used for production of filters or insulating materials.
