FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: gear includes tube head, shaft and side input gate valves. Tee-joint is located between gate valves. Separable throttle union is put into hole of tee-joint on side of input gate valve with the use of threaded connection. Opposite hole of tee-joint is plugged. Holes in tee-joint on side of input gate valve and opposite hole in tee-joint are cone-shaped. Throttle union is replaced to change condition of supply of water without removal of pressure in feeding line and well as follows: shaft and side input gate valves are shut, pressure in space of tee-joint is thrown off, plug is removed and separable throttle union is screwed out by means of socket wrench. Throttle union with another diameter is installed in reverse order. EFFECT: simplified design of gear, reduced usage of metal, labor input and replacement time. 1 cl, 1 dwg
