FIELD: supercharging cavities and units of flying vehicles; fire fighting; supercharging safety cushions. SUBSTANCE: generator has housing with combustion chamber arranged inside it; combustion chamber is provided with solid nitrogen source charge; generator has cooling chamber separated by partition with nozzle and made in form of separate module tightly secured in generator housing. This module is provided with movable perforated bottoms having stacks of screens whose mesh reduces towards center of cooling unit. Cooling unit is filled with neutral finely dispersed silicon dioxide SiO2 (0.5 to 1.0 mm). Gas divider with side openings is fitted between nozzle and front perforated bottom. Partition with nozzle is movable. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of production of cold pure nitrogen. 3 cl, 1 dwg
