FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: cold pure nitrogen generator includes pyrocartridge, nitrogen-generating charge and cooling filter, which are mounted in the housing. Pyrocartridge is fixed in focusing sleeve coaxial to primary charge. Nitrogen-generating charge is made in the form of channel cartridges of nitrogen-generating composition and installed on transverse partition of combustion chamber. Cooling filter includes bulk filler representing cast-iron shot and placed between spacer grids equipped on the inner side with heat-resistant meshes. Channel cartridges of nitrogen-generating pyrotechnic composition are fixed on the edges by means of additional ignition pellets. Primary charge is made in the form of cartridges which are distributed longitudinally in central channel of combustion chamber and mounted on levels of end gaps between channel cartridges of nitrogen-generating pyrotechnic composition. Transverse partition of combustion chamber is rigidly attached to housing and equipped with a nozzle shutoff with calibrated diaphragm, and cooling filter outlet has orifice hole.
EFFECT: invention allows strengthening nitrogen generating dynamics, as well as improving the efficiency of its cooling and cleaning from impurities.
