FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing reaction mixture, holding it, separating and transferring reaction products to liquid scintillation unit. Information parameter is determined and calibration relation is built. The relation is used for determining quantitative contents of the substance under study in a sample. Three photodetectors connected to circuits for selecting majority and triple coincidences are used for measuring intensities M and T of the majority and triple photodetector signal coincidences for calculating parameter A = (M+2T)3/27T2 for every sample subjected to measurements. Calibration relation is built from the calculated values. The value of A calculated for a sample is used as information parameter describing the sample having unknown contents of the substance under study. EFFECT: high sensitivity of method.
