FIELD: heavy-current pulse engineering. SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric-crystal generator that may be used as actuating mechanism in single-action systems has initiating device, shock-wave oscillator, and piezoelectric transducer assembled of parallel-connected piezoelectric-crystal plates with current-collecting electrodes. Shock-wave oscillator is monolithic body charged with explosive material and placed perpendicular to electrodes of piezoelectric-crystal plates; initiating device is placed at end of explosive material linear charge. Generator reliably functions when connected to load through long two-wire or high-inductance cable line. EFFECT: reduced voltage surges at generator output, improved reliability. 1 dwg
