SUBSTANCE: system has modulator, wavelength adjusting unit, communications monitoring unit, adjustable-wavelength laser, guidance system, superconducting sensor incorporating provision for self-recovery in case of post-annealing radioactive and electromagnetic rays, cryogenic system, setting, working- point stabilizing, and annealing unit, detector, and demodulator. System receiving component is suitable for operation at extended working spectrum and reduced response to background, electromagnetic, radioactive, and ionizing rays compared with semiconductor transmitting parts.
