SUBSTANCE: mixture to be analyzed is pumped through examined cell, fluorescent radiation is excited in it, concentration of isotopes 129I and 127I is determined in examined cell, intensity of laser radiation is measured before and after it hits examined cell, content of nitrogen dioxide in examined cell is found and concentrations of isotopes 129I and 127I in analyzed mixture are calculated by formulas taking into account composition of buffer gases.
