FIELD: TV equipment, in particular, picture data processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves flag detection, in order to detect need in loop filtration for picture data using distribution of reverse transform coefficients and movement vector, which shows difference between previous frame and current frame. Then, picture elements, which correspond to flag, are filtered using defined method, if flag shows need of loop filtering. Usage of flags and adaptive filter decreases sampling effect and decreases amount of calculation required for filtration. In addition, filtration may be executed using parallel data processing without multiplication and division. EFFECT: decreases sampling effect, which appear upon picture element encoding and decoding, simplified design of hardware. 31 cl, 11 dwg
