FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting the adducting organ through the mesenterium of the abducting one. Orifice is created in the abducting organ mesenterium below the boundary blood vessel. The first suture is put in. The sublayer tissues are sutured and the upper edge in the mesenterium, the mesenterium is sutured upward and the abducting organ is sutured from mesenterial edge to the edge disposed on the opposite side from the mesenterium. The second suture is positioned in perpendicular apart from the inferior edge of the orifice in the mesenterium downward at a distance equal to one between the mesenterial edge of the abducting organ and the boundary blood vessel. The mesenterium and the abducting organ are sutured by making an exit pierce at some distance from the first suture exit pierce along the edge being on the opposite side from the mesenterium. The distance is equal to sum of the abducting organ diameter and twice the distance from the mesenterial edge of the abducting organ to the boundary blood vessel. The abducting organ bend is sutured along the edge being on the opposite side relative to the mesenterium. EFFECT: prevented pyoseptic complications. 1 dwg
