FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition is made as solid dosed form, mainly, as tablet. Core of solid dosed form has the following components, wt.%: ranitidine hydrochloride, 60.0-75.0; aerosil, 0.1-10.0; starch, 4.0-16.0; microcrystalline cellulose, 8.5-20.3; lactose, 4.5-15.0; polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1-1.3; and magnesium stearate, 0.3-1.0. Core envelope contains, wt.%: methacrylic acid copolymer, 15.0-50.0; polyethylene glycol, 1.0-20.0; and titanium dioxide, 36.0-84.0. Method of preparing the pharmaceutical composition involves mixing ranitidine hydrochloride with vehicle, wetting granulation, drying, drying granulation, granule forming and envelope applying. The novel pharmaceutical composition is stable in storage, it has good strength and provides high bioavailability of ranitidine hydrochloride as an active component.
