SUBSTANCE: invention relates to DNA sequence encoding polypeptide with amino acid sequence taken among the group involving sequences according numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12, their analogs and derivatives where one or some amino acids were removed or added, or replaced for other amino acids being without essential decrease of enzymatic activity of polypeptide and under obligatory condition that their homology with respect to indicated sequences is at least 80%. These sequences are used for transformation of strains Saccharomyces cerevisiae AJ 88, AJ 115, AJ 71, AJ 106, AJ 66 and AJ 121 that are used for riboflavin producing.
