SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and concerns embodiments of phospholipase A2 for expression in yeast. Disclosed is an embodiment of phospholipase A2, a structural gene of which encodes a protein comprising the amino acid sequence of phospholipase A2 strain A-2688 Streptomyces violaceoruber, comprising replacing the C-terminal dipeptide FG, consisting of amino acid residues phenylalanine and glycine, to dipeptide YG, consisting of amino acid residues of tyrosine and glycine, and containing at the N-terminus an additional dipeptide SG, consisting of amino acid residues of serine and glycine. Also disclosed is phospholipase A2, a structural gene of which codes a protein comprising an amino acid sequence of phospholipase A2 of strain A-2688 Streptomyces violaceoruber or an embodiment thereof, not containing N-glycosylation sites, having N-terminal additional dipeptide SG, consisting of amino acid residues of serine and glycine, including C-terminal dipeptide FG, consisting of amino acid residues phenylalanine and glycine, and additionally C-terminal polypeptide having sequence SEQ ID N: 3.

EFFECT: invention provides preparing high-activity phospholipases A2 capable of effective expression in yeast.
