FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method of producing heterological protein is performed by culturing yeast cells transformed with DNA structure containing the following sequence: 5'-P-SP-(L P)n-PS-HP-3' where P means the promoter sequence; SP means the DNA sequence encoding signal peptide of yeast asparagine protease-3 (YAP-3); LP means the DNA sequence encoding lider peptide; n = 0 or 1; PS means the DNA sequence encoding peptide that determines site-processing in yeast and HP means the DNA sequence encoding polypeptide which is heterological for the host-organism taken. Signal peptide YAP-3 provides the effective secretion of heterological proteins in yeast. EFFECT: improved method of protein producing. 6 cl, 13 dwg, 3 ex
