Abstract RU 2155638 C1

FIELD: catalysts for industrial inorganic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is leached with water at 90 C in two steps, after which vanadium(IV) is oxidized into vanadium(V) in electrolyzer with ionite membrane and of vanadium pentoxide is then precipitated from solution on boiling. Solid residue after leaching is treated with potassium hydroxide solution to transfer antimony into liquid phase. Acidic solution after precipitation of vanadium pentoxide is combined with antimony- containing alkaline solution to precipitate arsenates and hydroxides. Purified solution is subjected to crystallization of potassium sulfate. EFFECT: achieved compatibility with novel technologies of vanadium catalyst production and reduced expenses on acquiring raw material for production of fresh catalysts. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
